Our dedicated operations team takes over from there, promising that your special event is beautifully executed from start to finish. General Manager, Moises Estrada, has been providing leadership and vision to the entire facility for over 4 years, assuring you of the highest product and service standards. You and your guest are guarnteed an excellent menu as Executive Chef, Isidro Briones, has been creating exquisite food for Maplwood Greens & the RiverRock Grill for years. Maria Meza, Assistant General Manager, will be hands-on during your event porviding support and overseeing every detail.
